This award recognises the challenges she has personally overcome as a woman in a typically male-dominated field, and how she has risen above them to achieve great success. Her leadership has made a significant impact, going above and beyond what is expected of her role. This award celebrates her exceptional achievements and encourages others to follow in her footsteps, pursuing their passions and making a difference in the world of STEM.
