STEM Recruitment Campaign of the Year

This award category recognises innovative and effective recruitment campaigns that have successfully attracted diverse and talented women to pursue careers and degrees in STEM.

The judges are looking for organisations, institutions, or individuals who have created campaigns that utilised creative and engaging methods to showcase the exciting opportunities and possibilities available in STEM fields, while also highlighting the contributions of women to the industry. Through their efforts, they have inspired more women to pursue STEM careers, and have helped to address the gender imbalance in these fields.

  • Creativity: Clearly demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to attracting and recruiting STEM talent, such as using social media, hosting events, or creating targeted marketing campaigns. (350 words max) – 25 points
  • Effectiveness: Show how the campaign has successfully attracted and recruited diverse, qualified candidates in STEM fields, such as increasing the number of female applicants or improving retention rates. (350 words max) – 25 points
  • Impact: Outline the impact of the recruitment campaign on the organisation's success, such as improving the quality of hires, reducing hiring costs, or increasing employee diversity and satisfaction. (350 words max) – 25 points
  • The campaign should demonstrate a sustainable approach, including a clear plan for continued progress towards greater diversity and inclusion in the future. (350 words max) – 25 points
